Always a good experience, purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership. Had some issues with service department once, but ownership stepped in quickly and took care of it. Salespeople are honest here and helpful, you don't find that often in this business. Owners were wonderful, very "hands-on".
Always have had a good experience with the sales department, honest and not pushy. Tim Grozdanich has been great to deal with. Pat and Tim in parts are awesome, great knowledgeable guys. My recent experience with the service department was less than stellar. Had to wait 3 weeks just to get my vehicle looked at for a simple software update to the transmission. I got a different uninterested service writer on the phone each time I was in contact with them (3-4 times before and during my visit). Each one did not know what was going on or who I was, and not real interested in helping me. The day of my appointment no one could give me any in depth answers about my car, and charged me diagnosis and software update fees for a vehicle that's under warranty. To top it all off they neglected to call me when it was finished, and misplaced my keys and paperwork before leaving they left for the day. I was there for 30 minutes while some helpful salesmen searched the building to locate my keys so I could get home. In the end I got what I came for but I was unimpressed with the service. I had also inquired about another warranty concern which they were uninterested in helping me with and no one bothered to check out. I really have liked Hibbing Chrysler in the past, but if service continues down this road I may just drive to Virginia or Grand Rapids to Waschke or Lakewoods where I can get some service.
We had great service and experience from here. Mike Thompson was our salesman and he did a great job on getting everything we wanted. I would definitely send people his way with out a second thought. Mike made us feel like we were his only customers and did a great job.

Bought a new Jeep here. It's took 3 hours after I had already gotten bank finance pre approval. I wasn't happy that they re-ran my credit since I was using my own bank. The Jeep is great so far.
