While shopping for our new Explorer, Ryan and Eric helped us find a great match. When Ford of Hibbing didn't have exactly what I wanted on their lot, they searched inventory at other dealerships to find what I needed and in the price range I was comfortable with. I felt I got a good price for my trade, too, which is an indication to me that they value their customers. Not once did I feel that I was "being taken" or that they were in it for commission. Both Ryan and Eric were very patient and pleasant to work with. This wasn't our first purchase through Ford of Hibbing, and it will definitely will not be our last. I don't live in Hibbing, but was up visiting Friday, Nov. 10, 2017 when my 2008 Ford Escape's power steering went out. I brought it in to Ford of Hibbing and Jeff worked hard to fit me in to the Service Dept.'s busy schedule. I just can't thank you guys enough for your quick, friendly service.
