The management is lousy, the trailers, most are for sale are worthless as well as the rental trailers..
I lived there years ago and it was a wonderful place! It still is from what I see.
Thanks for all the positive reviews, although, I do not recognize Scott hallam as a resident of Country Estates, past or present, maybe he knows someone who lives or lived there. It is important to note that any resident who has been evicted (for non-payment or other reasons) is no longer allowed to stay in the community. This applies to renters and owners, who are required to move their home off property if evicted. Evictions are also enforced when residents do not comply with community rules, or create disturbances and disruptions in the community. It is typical to get complaints and bad reviews from residents (and their family members) who have multiple violations, repeated notices for non-payment and who have received court ordered action to vacate the premises. In cases of greater concern, a "No Trespass Order" is issued to the residents and can include all household/family members and associates. This is privately owned property. A copy of the No Trespass is also filed at Hibbing PD in case there is a trespassing problem. Anyone who is looking for a nice community should check out Country Estates. There are lots of upgrades over the past 5 years.
