It's true. I live in Hibbing and every time I've had to stop in, the people working there have been just horrible. Extremely rude on every occasion. I stopped recently because I received a post card stating they had a package waiting for me. I got to front of the line and stated "I'm here to pick up a package," showing her the post card that had been left in my mailbox. She rolled her eyes and said, "Yeah, and?"
Wow-rude, rude, rude. I don't stop here often but my last 3 experiences here have left me, the customer, irritated and almost in a shock.
There is only one employee who has ever been nice and friendly when I have gone in. Everyone else is always rude and seems crabby.
They leave notices that they have attempted to deliver a package at our apartment and they don't buzz or anything how is that an attempt
