The best ER and urgent care ive been to. I drive almost 25 miles out of my way just to come here...it is worth the drive and worth the wait, though ive only had a long wait once, the rest of the times I ( and my other family members) have gotten in very quickly. Thank you for such excellent service!
Horrible staff. They refused to hear me and understand my needs and privacy. They didn't give me choices ..in fact...they threatened me saying if I didn't cooperate with them...they would force me. Do I not have a right to refuse treatment o know while hurt me? I told them I had developed allergies tremendously due to an illness and I did not want any drugs. I'm chemically sensitive to a serious level. They STILL didn't listen! They forced me to have 3 shots! I was so ill!!!
Like any clinic, has some good and some bad. Overall better then others locally
If I could give 0 stars I would. Unbelievably rude and inconsiderate staff. These people need to find different jobs, working in healthcare requires a large amount of compassion and empathy...the staff members I encountered lacked both. Very dissaponted and disgusted with this place.
