Ridiculously horrible. They advertised free delivery for appliances, but it takes a full month. Also, most appliances aren't in stock and take a couple weeks to get. A few deals, but the rest is slyly overpriced.
I would give a zero if I could. I ordered a dishwasher a month ago and I was told that the purchase price included installation ( I specifically asked because I was going to go through Sears in Virginia otherwise). It was delivered today and now I am being told that the purchase price does not include include installation. I called the store and talked to a "manager" and she confirmed that even if I was told that the price included installation, it does not. Unbelievable!!
