Great customer service from both the front desk and the manager. I am very happy with my new Aeron chair for my office. They delivered it directly to my office in Cohasset. I have the older model in my home office which I also purchased from them several years ago and it is still great. They gave me honest opinions when I was shopping for a chair. What really sold me when is when I bought my first chair. I had asked the manager what he used in his office. He wheeled out his Aeron which was 12 years old at the time. It was in great condition and was very comfortable. I highly recommend Northern Business Products and their services.
