Just witnessed an employee (John) get scolded for not knowing that he could ring up a Moolatte on the till to my left. This caused me to (gasp) walk 2 feet from the till I was standing in front of. Allow your employees to have some dignity and talk to them in private away from customers.
there service is horrible. i wanted a mint oreo blizzard & they gave me just mint ice cream. i wouldn't recommend this place.
Drive up needs improvement and wish they served more food.. The ice cram is awesome
manager very rude.... I usually go when 2nd Shift is working and all the workers are very nice and respectful, I get my shakes the way I ask for them, which is 2 strawberry shakes one w/wipe cream the other w/cheese cake square, strawberry and extra strawberry. (there truly wasn't a problem with that until I went while first shift was on today) I don't mind paying for the extra. usually I'll give a tip but not today. ) honestly I felt the old b*t** was racist she was very rude and if she's the manager she SHOULDN'T BE!!!!! I went back on 2nd Shift and the nice young lady said their Manager said that they couldn't put the extra in my shake. very poor customer service(she argued with me about giving me my money back. I've worked customer service and the customer is always right) but not here in Hibbing mn, most are very racist. and I wouldn't recommend any one to this dairy queen I'd tell ppl to drive the 30 mins to Virginia or grand rapids. a friend was meeting me there and said he had a problem with that same woman. I would however, rate 2nd Shift at 5 stars thier timely with orders, respectful and nice.
