I had the same happen to me. I went there to buy hardware and he was a prick to me. He talked down to me and said he, "cant stand do it yourselfers". In otherwords -- get the hell out of my store if you dont want me to charge you outrageously because you dont know any better. I would have to say there are other local companies that are better than this guy or the other guy ICC in hibbing.
This place is great, really knowledgeable and in a way that doesn't overwhelm. Never left the place frustrated
He cleaned out my computer and was very thorough on explaining what issues my laptop had and how and what they do. I am very happy with his service and will definitely recommend and will take my laptop back if it needs to be fixed again. He is reasonable on the price as well.
Not only is Brian fast and reliable, but he gives good information and advice. He did all my major work for years while I lived in Hibbing, and now that I have moved, I still call for advice when my computer has an issue.
