A hot mess. About 7 months ago my children had appointments. After spending about an hour and a half there for cleanings on 2 kids. We scheduled our next appointment about "6 months" from that day. The "reminder" card they gave me was dated for Monday May 22nd at 3 and 330. I get a call today, from a girl, saying they forgot to give me a reminder call last week for the kids appointments today. I'm confused. . The card in my wallet literally said next week. I can't do today which is why I agreed to the date on the card they gave me. This is not the first issue I've had with this office. I have many. I wish I knew why it is so hard for them to schedule.

The worst experience ever. They could not figure out my insurance for over a year, even though I was in network with them. They even managed to bill the wrong insurance company even though i gave them my information several times. The dentist cornered me demanding $200, a random made up number because of their own mistakes. Then their credit card machine wasnt working anyways. All the assistants there told me in private I should go someplace else. Jacobsen started yelling at her assistant for no reason one time while I was being worked on and the assistant threw her tools down and stormed out. All the fighting in there and lack of knowledge of how to run a business is unbelievable. Every experience, around 7 of them, was awful there.
