Eh... Their ok if you really need something. Took 2 hours to get an alignment and balance the tires. Even though it was a simple process and I made the appointment more than a week in advance. The tires should have been balanced correctly when I bought them

Terrible service, Gary thinks he knows everything and yet proves time and again that he's clueless. I'd suggest taking your vehicle almost anywhere else if you want a reliable mechanic working on your car.
20 miles from Hibbing we realized we had two badly worn tires on our boat trailer. Stopped at Royal Tire in Hibbing. The women at the counter couldn't have been more helpful. They had our tires and she had her mechanic stop what he was doing and change our tires immediately. Thank you Royal Tire. What excellent service.
